Honey Bucket Yard Supervisor

Location: Richmond, CA

  • Year-round FT+ work
  • Yearly Salary Pay: $82,000 to $94,000 (DOE)
  • Benefits: employer paid medical, dental, vision and 401k
  • Schedule: 5:00AM Monday- Friday with some weekends
  • Paid Weekly

Day in the Life

We are looking for a skilled person to Coordinate the daily activities of the Honey Bucket yard. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining consistency in efficiency, quality, cleaning and repair standards of all Honey Bucket units. Ensure maximum production and performance from workers through setting expectations, coaching and communicating to yard staff. Monitor inventory of parts and disposable supplies in Honey Bucket shop.

  • Experience with tools.
  • Good driving record.
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Route/P&D driver for 1 year
  • Light mechanical experience, to include brakes, lights, etc.
  • Demonstrate computer knowledge and ability

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills - ability to create the desire in people to complete tasks timely, assisting them as needed.
  • Ability to oversee people and make sure they do their assigned tasks correctly
  • Delegating skills - ability to monitor the transfer of expected results.
  • Operations based Must have the ability to do routes and Pick up and delivery duties.
  • Orderly to keep paperwork and facilities neat and everything in it's place and clean.
  • Systems oriented Honey Bucket depends on systems being followed, so this person must have this skill.
  • Teaching skills must have the ability to teach others how to do everything we do.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to fix or repair a wide variety of minor problems with vehicles, and equipment.
