MELE Associates, Inc Job Category: Client Program Opportunities Requisition Number: BUSIN001870 Full-Time Washington, DC 20585, USA Job Details Description Job DetailsDescriptionMELE Associates maintains a contract with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Infrastructure (NA-90), which works to maintain, operate, and modernize NNSA infrastructure to enable program results. NNSA’s infrastructure protects global security through unique capabilities found nowhere else in the United States. These capabilities are threatened by deteriorating facilities built during the Manhattan Project and Cold War eras. MELE requires a Business Systems Analyst to support the NA-90 Office of Chief of Staff. The position requires experience with Jira software, SharePoint, eazyBI dashboard, and business operations. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Office of Chief of Staff team to gain an understanding of NA-90's operations and the Business Management System (BMS) that uses Jira software. The Business Systems Analyst will then work with Product Owners in each of NA-90’s sub-offices to implement and improve the BMS. This will consist of developing and socializing BMS policy, plans, and procedures. The Business Systems Analyst will help identify existing processes and systems that align with a plan-do-check-adjust cycle. The Analyst will also serve as the point person to liaison with NNSA IT personnel on NA-90 IT matters and will support the standup of the SharePoint document sharing infrastructure and processes. The Business Systems Analyst should have strong data integration skills and be able to understand the data architecture of the BMS and other NA-90 systems such its G2 program management system. The Business Systems Analyst should be a creative and adaptable individual who is a strong communicator, shows initiative, brings forth innovative ideas and solutions, and works well in diverse teams.
