Position Title: Academic Affairs and Student S Req ID: 65720BR School or Unit: Harvard Graduate School of Education Description: Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Services, the Academic Affairs and Student Services Coordinator will work in close collaboration and partnership with all Degree Programs team members and affiliated offices to support students and ensure successful planning, implementation, and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for academic and operational projects and initiatives to support the degree programs unit. Specific responsibilities include: Position Description Master's Programs
This is a two-year term position with possibility of renewal. Basic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required. Any candidate wishing to be considered must supply a cover letter in addition to their resume and indicate meeting basic qualifications. Additional Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel skills. Previous experience working in higher education supportive academic programs and students strongly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail required. Previous experience with financial processing preferred. Prior experience in event coordination desired.
