Responsibilities
Conduct, oversee, and analyze data from multiple complex Experiments (45%)
-Primary immune cell culture
-Assess functionality of modified Primary immune cells
-FACS panel analysis of gene edited Primary immune cells

Design and oversight of new experimental plans and procedures (45%)
-Development methods for culture and analysis of Primary immune cells
-Design and test new molecules for expansion of T cells

Routine lab maintenance (5%)
Materials acquisition and laboratory organization as necessary

Supervision (5%)
Supervise undergraduate research assistants and laboratory technical personnel who will aid in performing multiple complex experiments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
*Master's degree and 2 years of related experiences or BS/BA and 4 years of related experience
*Strong depth and/or breadth of expertise in the following areas of research and/or procedures:
-Cell Culture
-Molecular Cloning
-Primary Immune Cell Handling

Preferred Qualifications
*BS in Biology
*Strong depth and/or breadth of expertise in the following areas of research and/or procedures:
-Primary Immune Culture
-Flow Cytometry
