The Program Manager will support project work for one (or more) of the major 'work streams' comprising Operations - Claims, Enrollment & Billing, Member Services, Provider Services & Operations and Operations Centralized Services. The Program Manager will function as a Project Manager responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating, documenting and overseeing of Operations work stream projects from inception through implementation and post-project monitoring; and will also serve as an Operations work stream subject matter expert on cross-departmental or corporate projects.

•Works independently to plan, direct and coordinate project activities through the project life cycle. This includes setting clear project milestones and deliverables, clearly communicating goals, objectives and responsibilities, keeping the project focused, in terms of scope and deliverable management and meeting project time lines. •Works with Operations management to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and well documented and that the appropriate Key Performance Indicators are established to measure success. •Facilitates meetings/conference calls with project participants to ensure requirements are collected and documented, issues are addressed, and timelines are shared and agreed upon. •Provides project status and information to project team, Operations management and other leadership as required. •Actively facilitates discussions around issues and risk management. •Maintains appropriate documentation to ensure project is properly documented •Works with Operations Training and Quality teams to ensure changes to existing processes and newly developed processes are properly trained and audited for accuracy and compliance. •Represents Operations in the role of a subject matter expert providing current state and future needs. •Ensures appropriate test plans and test scenarios are documented and executed •Works as a Subject Matter Expert representing Operations on cross-functional and/or Corporate projects. As a SME/project participant the Operations Work Steam Lead will be responsible for requirements, testing, training coordination; working with other Operations staff. •Represents Operations at Project meetings, Reliability and Systems Forums

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution - Working knowledge of the healthcare industry - PMP certification
