The Retention CoE Associate is responsible for managing and supporting various Retention initiatives. This includes research and member impact analysis for current and future retention strategies, monitoring campaign effectiveness and maintaining KPI for all campaigns across the entire Medicaid, Commercial, Medicare and Integrated Products market portfolios.

  • Support gathering of data across the entire Medicaid, Commercial, Medicare and Integrated Products market portfolios
  • Support creating, implementing and measuring retention strategy across all product lines
  • Assist in the identification for areas of improvement by reviewing member materials and listening to Member Services and vendor inbound calls across all product lines
  • Assist with vendor management activities by monitoring effectiveness of vendor programs
  • Help support monitoring and creating reports for ongoing member enrollment results
  • Assist with tracking outcomes and performing trend analysis on live outreaches across all product lines
  • Identify segments of high risk member dis-enrollments and assist with creating a proactive retention plan
  • Participate and assist with ad hoc projects, such as focus group studies, process improvement initiatives and program implementations when applicable

Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 6 months (nonconsecutive) experience in program or project management
  • Ability to understand complex federal rules and guidelines and be able to ascertain business implications required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), corporate email systems and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing business processes for project teams
  • Ability to build project plans or schedules
  • Ability to drive, track and report project execution progress
  • Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with fast-changing state and federal guidelines
  • Experience in a cross functional strategy team and/or other projects within the healthcare industry

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities :
  • Confirm all new programming is allowable with Medicare legal and regulatory partners
