About Children's Minnesota
Children's Minnesota is the seventh largest pediatric health system in the United States and the only health system in Minnesota to provide care exclusively to children, from before birth through young adulthood. Comprehensive interdisciplinary initial evaluation, follow-up and management of congenital and acquired endocrine disorders, including: diabetes, growth problems, thyroid disorders, etc. This department also provide an education program for children and their families that includes diabetes management and nutrition counseling as well as resources, support groups, for children and their families.
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of 30 FTEs or 10-30 FTEs across 3 locations. Will support a region of clinics or a specialty(ies) requiring regular travel several days each week to sites in the Metro area. This is a working supervisor role with 10-30% clinical care.
* BSN, RN. MN Nursing License
* 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience
* BLS Certification
* Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting
* Specialty experience, where applicable
