Reporting to the Director of Outreach and Student Recruitment, the Student Services Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator II), is responsible for providing a wide range of operational and procedural administrative support for the Office of Admissions & Student Recruitment. Focused on student and customer service functions, the incumbent supports with student inquiries, oversees/supports incoming calls. Work is administrative in nature with duties covering both operational and program-oriented coordination, implementation and evaluation. Interpersonal contacts are varied and often at the higher level and tend to involve a broad range of problem-solving activities. Work involves a wide range of issues requiring use of reason and judgment, interpretation of policies, and contact with individuals at all levels of the University, while providing clerical and administrative support functions. Serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, community members and others.
Employment Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Probationary with the possibility of converting to permanent.

Anticipated Hiring Range:$3,352 per month
Classification Salary Range: $3,352 - $5,639 per month
