Description: Job Overview: The Divisional Controller will report directly to the CFO and will manage a small but growing accounting group. The successful candidate should be comfortable as a doer on day to day accounting and finance operations as we continue to scale up. The Divisional Controller should be experienced in all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The Divisional Controller also performs product costing, product manufacturing analysis, and inventory valuation. This position is responsible for maintaining cost accounting systems. This position is also responsible for performing rate calculations. Reconciles monthly inventory by the categorization of raw material, WIP & finished goods. Key partner in cycle counting process. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA or CMA designation, and/or MBA is required. 7+ years' experience in financial accounting/cost accounting in a manufacturing environment required. Proficient with the use of ERP systems (Visibility would be a plus) and ability to pull detail data to support account analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Excellent written and communication skills. Excellent time management, project management and planning skills required. Attention to detail. Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Ability to multi-task and work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Energetic, passionate and positive can-do attitude a must. Onsite position PM19
