We are seeking a skilled Distributed Order Management (DOM) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing distributed order management solutions for complex business environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement distributed order management solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define best practices and standards for distributed order management implementation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to distributed order management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience designing and implementing distributed order management solutions.
• Proficiency in distributed order management platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan DOM, or similar systems.
• 8+ Years' experience developing extensions of DOM and OMS systems. Expertise in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and Middleware technologies.
• Experience with integration technologies such as ESB, API management, and messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of order management processes, including order orchestration, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus.
