The Digital Project Manager is responsible for building and managing Client Portal projects, onboarding, supporting, and managing GATHER Agency digital projects, and coordinating cross-functional communication through the entire scope of the project, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Onboard new GATHER clients through client meetings and timeline development. Manage the GATHER projects, collaborate with Digital Traffic Manager to develop schedules, and provide project schedule updates to key stakeholders.
  • Setup and maintain new GATHER portals.
  • Lead project workflow as the main point of contact for key stakeholders during initial program launch.
  • Provide, lead, and deliver, sales and client support for GATHER portals, programs, and issue escalations.
  • Manage reporting and analytic dashboard needs for GATHER services and portals.
  • Manage assigned GATHER Project Build Schedules in coordination with the Digital Traffic Manager.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement approaches for workflow improvements.
  • Review, evaluate, and update project statuses for client visibility and reporting. Proactively communicate project updates with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate, define, and document standard operating procedures. Clearly outline processes and the steps of the process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate training of GATHER standard operating procedures internally & externally.
  • Support automation projects and initiatives between GATHER and supporting systems.
  • Conduct GATHER demonstrations with existing or prospective clients as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills.
  • High degree of organization required to manage needs of internal and external clients.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related field or a High School diploma/GED along with the equivalent industry related experience and/or a minimum of two years in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English, verbal, and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
