This is an opportunity for a motivated and talented candidate to grow with a great team and a very successful company. Responsibilities: • Lead the branch sales support team responsible for providing retail and service to local market • Assist in servicing customers through familiarity and knowledge of products • Ensure customer service is a focal point of every interaction • Full responsibility for hiring, building, training, and evaluating the branch team, as well as driving accountability • Work closely with the outside sales group to develop and grow the business • Work with other Branch Managers to share knowledge, identify best practices, and cultivate opportunities to grow • Analyze inventory for opportunities to increase turns and grow sales • Prioritize tasks, coordinate work flow, and shift resources as necessary to support customers • Identify training needs of the team and coordinate as necessary • Set goals and track measures across the team • Responsible for maintaining audit and inventory performance at branch • Monitor and identify opportunities to improve financial performance • Implement and ensure all safety guidelines are followed • Maintain key relationships with other internal managers Position Requirements: • HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred • Prior supervisory/management experience • Ability to train and effectively build a team • Meet deadlines and manage time effectively • Experience with Microsoft Office • Mechanical/technical aptitude • Knowledge of different hoses and thread configurations a plus • Industrial sales experience a plus • Basic hydraulic knowledge a plus • Epicor P21 experience a plus • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus COMPANY INFORMATION: Motion offers an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition, reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay.
