Title: DTC Data Entry Administrator (Apparel ERP)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collect and verify style master data from Liberated Brands DTC operating partners

• Enter style master data into computerized databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify and correct style master data discrepancies, or errors
• Manage DTC buy calendar and task deadlines
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Apparel ERP experience a plus (such as Full Circle)

• Data entry experience
• Retail and/or ecommerce experience a plus
• Full Circle experience a plus
• College educated, preferred but not required
• Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $18.27/hr - $25.49/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
