Job Responsibilities

Element Solutions Inc (ESI) is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to partner with executive management in M&A, investor relations and strategic finance. The opportunity offers a unique blend of operating, financial investing, strategy and M&A work and will provide the right candidate with unlimited responsibility and a steep growth trajectory.

The Corporate Development Analyst is a critical role which requires constant interaction with experienced leaders in the chemical and finance industries, as well as senior business managers across the organization. Responsibilities will include supporting or leading global project management across capital markets transactions, M&A diligence, investor relations, acquisition integration, financial planning and strategy execution. The corporate development and strategy team has centralized, global responsibility for these functions across all of the businesses and serves as the hub for idea generation and strategy execution for the CEO.

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success and prior experience in a high-performing environment. Prior experience in investing (private or public), investment banking, equity research and/or public accounting is ideal, though the team is open to a range of backgrounds. The position requires a well-rounded and passionate individual who is analytically inclined but also team oriented, creative, resourceful and driven. We have a proven track-record of developing and promoting capable individuals into increasing levels of responsibility and ownership. Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business administration
