RS&H's Infrastructure Creative Team is a diverse group of communicators and creatives charged with advancing RS&H’s brand, strategic marketing initiatives, and communications while tackling the exciting challenges of our growing company. We work collaboratively with our client-focused Practices to grow RS&H's profile within the A/E/C industry, as well as the communities we serve.



Qualifications

RS&H is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Infrastructure Creative Team in our Denver office!

Job Summary: This position performs a variety of creative, design, visualization, and/or multimedia services in support of sales enablement efforts for large to complex projects and/or communications, marketing, and branding. This position ensures adherence with our style guide and brand and production standards. The designer must be a resourceful self-starter, able to work in a collaborative marketing team environment under fast-paced deadlines and meet a high-level of accuracy with the ability to also work independently.

Essential Functions:

  • Partners with teams and leaders across the firm to develop design and visual elements for proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, conference collateral, booth and banner design, web/multimedia graphics development, etc. for moderate to complex assignments.

  • Ensures company's visual components are up to date. Coordinates directly with print vendors. May coordinate, and lead, the planning and/or development of graphics and visual elements across a variety of mediums.

  • Partners with project, pursuit, business development, and/or communications and marketing teams to recommend, develop, and produce creative solutions and compelling graphics and visual elements. Tailors presentations and visual materials to meet the specific needs of the project.

  • Develops advanced presentations and complex collateral for special events. May participate in the planning and coordination efforts.

  • Serves as a trusted advisor and partner to help guide design choices that follow the firm’s style guide, brand standards, and production expectations.

  • Participates in pursuit, proposal, and/or project teams to understand the needs of the client and project, taking the information shared and creating increasingly complex and compelling visual materials and products. Takes an active role in guiding the plan schedule and timelines.

  • Manages assignments involving multiple disciplines or team members by coordinating and delegating tasks and ensuring schedules and deadlines are met.

  • May provide mentorship and guidance to more junior specialists.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible creative services experience with an online portfolio.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently following general direction and oversight from leadership. Also requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner. Must possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, demonstrate professional courage, and guide and influence others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A/E/C industry experience
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects

Typical salary range for this position in Denver, CO is $72,000 to $100,000 and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
