COM) Office of Medical Education (
OME) seeks a program manager for the Medical Student Education Program (
MSE).
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Under the direction of the Office of Medical Education ( OME) Department Administrator, the position is responsible for managing the overall post-award grant funded by HRSA (Health Resources Services Administration), including purchasing, grant management, reporting, tracking, optimizing the grant administration process, ensuring compliance with grant regulations, assessing, implementing, and managing grant databases, and collaborating with internal and external partners. This individual will oversee the implementation and operations of the program, and shepherd its progress toward achieving milestones. They will serve as the central resource for the leadership team, learners, faculty, and staff to provide expertise and guidance related to the program’s efforts. This position is Grant Funded.

BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or an advanced degree plus 2 years of experience. Experience working in an academic medical center is preferred.
