ARETUM is currently seeking a Software Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Software Tester at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Must have a good understanding of Agile lifecycle and where and how testing fits across the lifecycle.
- Must have web and mobile app testing experience
- Excellent in Integration, System, Functional, Cross-platform, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Capability to do performance testing.
- Understanding Defect Life Cycle
- Developing and executing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases.
- Experience with Agile testing and development.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses.
- Work in a collaborative environment.
- Capable of performing day to day activities with minimal direction.
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and handle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience
- Experience with Manual testing.
- Experience in Mobile App testing on iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience in web and mobile app UI/UX, functional and regression testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with or interest in Business Analysis (BA)
- Experience with federal background
- Ability to provide technical and process leadership to QA resources.
- Experience with automated testing using popular testing tools.
- Ability to perform complex performance testing of Load testing.
- Experience in testing with AWS Device Farm is preferred.
