Description:

The Sitech Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sitech team by ordering equipment, invoicing parts and equipment, processing agreements, and other administrative duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Order and Stock Parts based on salesman pipeline demand
  • Process invoices of delivered hardware
  • Manage location of inventory in the warehouse
  • Learn and manage Warranty process within the manufacturers platform
  • Build lead generation information for the sales team
  • Monitor and recommend improvements in existing and new processes
  • Learn and manage parts inventory, rental contracts, parts documents, sales agreements, warranty renewals
  • Register all sold hardware in manufacturers service portal


Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Attention to detail and the able to follow/build processes
  • General computer skills – Microsoft office and Web Based platforms
  • Very effective communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Experience in warehouse operations a plus
  • Experience in technology based hardware a plus
