Job Summary:
ITS, LLC. is seeking someone to provide the HQ ACC/A29 lead client with support to codify and clarify ACC policies, guidance and documentation regarding: Data and object governance, Object Management Systems, data/object integration, management processes, standards, architectures, ontologies, semantics, formats, and enterprises services.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Capture ACC/A22 current integration and implementation objectives and efforts to fund an OMS
- Conduct information exchange opportunities with internal and external stakeholders to document requirements for an ISR Enterprise Data Catalog
- Develop and submit Recommendation report on mission/business process development, annual data governance, and object management system courses of action
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Joint operational planning desired, but not required
- Background in the Intelligence Community desired, but not required
- Familiarity with data and object governance in the Federal sector, preferably Department of Defense
- Familiarity with interoperability and integration challenges between disparate classification domains and systems
- Basic understanding of coordination required to ensure cross-MAJCOM and Sister-Service collaboration with regard to exercise planning and execution
- Staff level/Service HQ equivalency for familiarity of processes and relationships
- Strategic planning capabilities, strong organizational and communications skills
- Event/Conference planning capabilities and organizational skills
- Ability to provide analytical support to help stakeholders develop COAs based on current state analysis
- Strong operational change management skills to provide implementation updates outlining key accomplishments, ongoing activities, upcoming milestones, and potential risks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic communication skills focused on military audiences
Education/Experience:
- HS Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience
