Responsibilities

The Senior IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing business processes and systems that impact the Supply Chain organization. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing systems to ensure efficient and accurate order management operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the operations team and IT department to implement and support systems that enable efficient order management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing systems to identify improvement areas and develop strategies for enhancing system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team, both in the field and at the corporate level, to identify business requirements and develop system solutions.
  • Configure and customize enterprise systems to align with specific business needs.
  • Test system upgrades and enhancements to ensure proper integration and compliance with business requirements.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proficiency in system functionality and procedures.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementations, providing input on system design, configuration, and testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion products, with a focus on Order Management and/or Global Order Promising
  • Knowledge of supply chain fulfillment processes and systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Order Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads coming from various stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience creating functional specifications and test scripts for integrations of ERP systems with edge systems and or on-prem with Cloud software.
  • Experience with SAAS products.
