Responsibilities

  • Operational Process Management for HSA and FSA products on processes such as onboarding customers, payroll-based contributions, payments, claims processing and account transfers.
  • Leading standup meetings with Account Management and Customer Support teams and regular discussions with Product and Engineering
  • Development and executive-level reporting of operational metrics for process and product improvements.
  • Work with Engineering to implement integrations with customer systems (EDI, etc.)
  • Work with external partners that provide key platform functionality to manage exceptions and related process improvements.
  • Work with external vendors or contractors on the use or development of tools that complement core platform functionality or to automate manual tasks.
  • Modeling and tracking operational cost metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of operations experience with consumer directed healthcare benefits products.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations, consumer/employee product usage and administration by employers
  • Knowledge of IRS and risk management controls for benefits products
  • Self-starter and strong team player
  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to learn new software tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Experience with SaaS system infrastructure is a definite plus.
