Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of features based on customer and business needs for our consumer web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align product development efforts with business objectives.
  • Create requirements, user stories, and experience flows to guide the design and development teams.
  • Lead agile development processes, including requirements reviews, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create innovative experiences that delight customers and drive competitive advantage.
  • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Help identify key product metrics and ensure proper instrumentation is in place to capture the necessary data.
  • Collaborate with marketing to initiate consumer research and incorporate learnings into the product plan.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Manager/Product Owner experience
  • Experience working on and launching consumer facing applications for Android, iOS and Web.
  • Consumer Directed healthcare experience in Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts and other spending accounts a plus.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users with the ability to propose innovative solutions and experiences to make paying for health expenses easier.
  • Proficient with Figma for interface design, screen level requirements, and collaborative design sessions.
  • Experience working in an Agile software environment with frequent releases and proficiency with tools such as Jira.
  • Experience and enthusiasm planning and executing user acceptance tests for each release.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to organize and present thoughts clearly and concisely to internal and external audiences. · 5+ years product management experience working on consumer facing products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
