Account Manager - Operations Manager - Occupational Health, Richland, Washington

Core Responsibilities

o Account Manager (AM) / Operations Resource Manager (ORM) will provide oversight and support for its on-site clinical team, which includes, but is not limited to, staff recruitment and management.

o The AM/ORM will oversee the delivery of services ensuring performance goals are met.

o The operations resource supports the on-site team with the delivery of timely management information to prime company.

o The Contractor will provide a designated Account Manager to Prime Company. The role of Account Manager should include, at a minimum, the following:

o Maintain lines of communication with the Contractor's operations team and the on-site personnel.

o Authority to work on contractual issues regarding the performance of the services.

o Ensure that all relevant requirements of the contracted services are communicated to the Contractor's on-site team.

o Ensure that all management information reporting is accurate and submitted to Prime Company in a timely manner.

o Ensure that the on-site team members have access to resources and services available through the Contractor, such as applicable training opportunities and access to clinical resource tools.

o Ensure that regular clinical audits are undertaken, and that clinical governance policies and procedures are in place.

o Ensure that all aspects of the services are meeting agreed objectives.

o Monitor financial reporting and budgets.

o Coordinate business development plans with Prime Company.

o Respond immediately to serious issues communicated by Prime Company.

o Other duties as assigned.

· Must have a minimum 3-5 years account management experience in an Occupational Health setting, preferably within a clinic setting

· Bachelors Degree in healthcare or business or healthcare administration or other related field of study

· Operational account management experience

· Management experience

· Proficiency in written and spoken English

· Strong computer skills

· Energetic and optimistic demeanor

This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
