Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Talent Experience, the Talent Coordinator will help our talent and people operations team facilitate an exceptional career experience for candidates and employees at ImageTrend. You will support and get exposure to the entire employee journey and help us achieve organizational goals through attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supports the team with administrative recruitment tasks, including sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling and coordinating screens or interviews, job posting, data entry or reporting requests, and other talent or employment branding projects

2. Assists with campus recruitment and early career efforts, including supporting the Summer Intern Program and full-cycle recruiting for entry level positions

3. Helps coordinate pre-employment and onboarding tasks to support the new hire experience, including collection of required documentation and communication with new employees

4. Administer internal workflows or processes relating to the employee experience, such as user setup for HR or other company-wide platforms, sending or compiling survey data, and other operational tasks as needed

5. Prioritizes tasks and assignments to achieve goals, KPIs, timelines and other project objectives as assigned

6. Follows processes and workflows as instructed to ensure recruiting, hiring and HR compliance with all federal, state and local regulations

7. Maintains accurate documentation in ATS, HRIS or other HCM platforms and provides reporting data or information to leadership as requested

8. Contribute ideas to improve employee experience programs and other culture initiatives

9. In collaboration with Director of Talent Experience, support and enhance diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment efforts and programs

10. Travel for onsite orientation, career fairs or other company events, up to 10%

11. Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree, certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, business or relevant field

2. Familiarity or experience with recruiting, HR, people operations and talent processes, preferably for a SaaS-based organization

3. Familiarity with using ATS, HRIS, HCM, job boards or social media, resume databases, and other related technologies

4. Strong written and oral communication skills

5. Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced, multidimensional team

6. Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities

7. Capable of professionally managing confidential information in a discrete and professional manner

8. Critical thinking, analysis and creative problem-solving abilities

9. Must have computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office

Ability to travel to corporate headquarters for orientation and company events as requested, up to 10%
